NextSniper ("the Game") is published by DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC, Amman, Jordan ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Game handles and your choices.
We do not ask you to create an account with us, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or payment details.
Stored on your device only. Your game progress (stars, mission scores, unlocked missions) and your settings (volumes, vibration, effects) are saved locally on your device. They are not sent to us.
Apple Game Center. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores may be submitted to Game Center leaderboards so that you can be ranked against other players. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy; we receive only the leaderboard data that Game Center makes available to the Game (such as your Game Center display name and scores). We do not receive your Apple ID.
Google Play Games (Android, when available) works in the same way under Google's terms and privacy policy.
We do not use advertising, advertising identifiers, third-party analytics or tracking in the Game, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Leaderboard data is used only to show rankings inside the Game and the platform's leaderboards. Local data is used only to run the Game on your device.
You can erase all game data stored on your device at any time: Settings → Delete my game data (you will be asked to confirm twice). Deleting the Game also removes it. Scores already submitted to Game Center are held by Apple; Apple can delete your Game Center data on request at privacy.apple.com. To ask us any question about your data, write to us (section 7).
The Game is intended for players aged 17 and over (or the age rating shown on the store) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Because we do not collect personal information on our own servers, there is no account database held by us that could be breached. Platform services are protected by their operators.
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted at the same address with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game or on the store listing.
